Mrs. Shields is an Instructional Technology Facilitator in an elementary school in New Rochelle, NY. I am blessed to spend my days providing Instructional Technology resources, curriculum ideas, advice, and assistance to staff, students and administration.  Every day is a new adventure and a new chance to make a difference in education using effective technology tools.
